Return & Exchange Policy

Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.

Return Period:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and accompanied by the original invoice.

Delivery Costs:
The customer bears the return shipping fees or may deliver the product to the nearest branch after coordination. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Company Responsibility:
The company is not responsible for receiving the order after 10 days from the invoice date.


Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:
5 to 10 business days.

Delivery Scope:
Delivery is to the ground floor only. Delivery to higher floors is the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Schedule:
According to the company’s schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The company is not responsible for any delay or rescheduling of delivery.

Product Inspection:
The product must be inspected upon receipt. Failure to inspect voids the right to return or exchange in case of breakage or defect.


Warranty

Warranty Provider:
Warranty is provided by Al-Qafari Company and does not cover misuse by the customer.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect:
A short video showing the issue must be sent along with the order number or invoice. Replacement will be based on the provided evidence.


Warranty Details by Brand

  • Ploto Brand: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse.

  • Dodo Brand: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse.

  • Arona Brand: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse.

  • Solo Brand: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse.


Mirror Warranty (All Products)

Mirror warranty is for functionality only (does not cover breakage, scratches, or lighting after receipt and operation).


Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
Full refund within 3 business days.

After Shipping:
Shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining amount will be refunded after the product is returned and inspected by the company within 3 business days.


Delivery Notes

Delivery Coverage:
Covers up to 40 km around the branch. If the distance exceeds this range and delivery fees are paid, the fees will be refunded and the customer must collect the order from the branch.

Tabby and Tamara Orders:
Orders cannot be modified. They must be canceled and reordered according to partnership policies.
